I’m so thankful I found a gym that is filled with people who truly care about my goals. This is my gym family for life! Now, I’m working on phase 2 of my transformation! Thank God for life changes good and bad, they pressured me to change. I joined Club Fitness, started working out using the group fitness classes to keep me accountable. Then I added some walking, changed my diet and hired a superstar trainer (Shirley). I added amazing supplements and I found friends at the gym with healthy goals that supported me.
